The resources Michael Clark has acquired to complete his three-part Stravinsky Project at the Barbican are astonishing. His company has enlarged to 12 dancers, and they are supported by the Britten Sinfonia, the New London Chamber Choir, four solo singers and four pianists all under conductor Jurjen Hempel - almost a hundred musicians are named - plus a film of Igor Stravinsky, who clearly relishes conducting a full orchestra in the finale of Firebird...
