Name that song

I am trying to find the words of two old songs and am hoping someone out there can come up with them.

Everyone must have heard of the song with the lyrics: “A - You’re adorable. B - You’re so beautiful. C - You’re a cutie full of charm, etc.”

Apparently there was a second version to this song, where the descriptive words were not so complimentary, in fact just the opposite.

The second song was popular when it first came out many, many years ago. It’s called I’m My Own Grandpa.
