Mame check

Published Tuesday 13 May 2008 at 12:20

I think the concert which featured Angela Lansbury and Beatrice Arthur (Letters, page 9, May 1) was a tribute to the late Ray Cook, who was one of the West End’s leading musical directors and was in fact the MD on Mame, which featured the song Bosom Buddies performed in the London production by Ginger Rogers and Margaret Courtenay. I believe the concert was held at the Shaftesbury Theatre.
