I read in The Observer on February 4 that the Victoria & Albert Museum is going to mount a Kylie Minogue exhibition featuring her costumes, album covers, photographs, videos, etc. The proper place for such an exhibition should have been the Theatre Museum, which the V&A have seen fit to close. This, then, will undoubtedly be perceived by many as an extremely mean and spiteful action on the part of the V&A. Shame on them.
