Published Thursday 12 January 2012 at 16:43

The Stage Management Association’s first ever conference is set to take place on Sunday, February 12.

Booking is now open for the one-day event, which takes place at The Arts Theatre, London. Among the day’s planned agenda is a keynote speech by Vikki Heywood, executive director of the Royal Shakespeare Company and former stage manager. There will also be a panel discussion entitled Valuing Stage Management, chaired by Ken Bennett-Hunter.

The afternoon will include musical entertainment and a drinks reception at the end, as well as five separate, specific advice sessions, from which delegates can choose two.
