Czech mates

Czech Republic-based moving-light manufacturer Robe has made a series of new appointments in a management restructuring exercise designed to position the company for a new decade.

Harry von den Stemmen now takes the position of sales director at Robe lighting, having been an integral part of the management team for the last seven years as international sales manager and instrumental in developing a worldwide distributor network, which now spans 120 countries, including the UK.

John Saunders becomes sales director of sister company Anolis, having been business development manager since its launch back in 2005. Adrien Trecek joins the Robe management team as operations director.

The restructuring follows the recent physical expansion of Robe during the latter half of 2009, which included a ¤3.5 million investment in constructing a new logistics centre and doubling the warehouse space to nearly 4,000 square metres.
