Olympic interest

Published Monday 2 November 2009 at 16:00

The London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games are now actively inviting interest from live events production companies to provide the production services for the opening and closing ceremonies of both 2012 Olympic events. The companies will provide administrative and production services to the creative directors of the four ceremonies, the directors being recruited directly by the organising committee through a separate process, meaning that creative content proposals are not being sought. Companies can register their interest at www.competefor.com Successful companies will be asked to present in early January 2010, while the operational structure is expected to be operational from 1 April 2010.
