Rigged up

Published Monday 26 October 2009 at 17:25

A new grandMA2 light console has been installed at Jersey Opera House, specified by technical manager Simon Francklin, said to be an advocate of the grandma Series 1 since its release in the UK some years ago.

The theatre, described as an integral element of cultural life on the island since opening in 1865, currently has a large generic lighting rig consisting of PARs and ETC, Strand and Selecon luminaires, and Martin moving lights.

The new console was supplied by Stage Electrics.
