Arts centre up in lights

Published Monday 21 April 2008 at 11:25

AC Lighting’s rigging division has provided the UK’s first Litec EXE Lodestar installation to Aberystwyth Arts Centre, a department of Aberystwyth University.

The centre’s technical and production manager, Nick Bache contacted AC’s specialist rigging division to source a new chain hoist lifting system for the venue’s concert hall.

Adam Beaumont of AC Lighting’s rigging division and James Bawn of sister company, AC special projects, worked together with Cristiano Giavedoni, product manager from Litec Srl, to provide a complete end-to-end solution, including specifying, supplying and installing the system to Bache’s requirements.
